Basically, commissioned works are limited to commercial use.
The following list is classified as outsourcing work, not commission, and the final estimate is based on the new price list accordingly.

-Activities related to cosplay

Costumes/suits produced for the purpose of entering & entering contests and competition stages

-Copy the appearance of all secondary characters related to the copyright of characters in popular culture and subculture that can be categorized as cosplay costumes/suits

-Costumes/suits used for personal financial benefit
(ex. Main use for continuous content of personal broadcasting live.

However, personal hobby live like youtube are not included.)

We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from not knowing the notices properly.

1. As a preliminary concept, it is specified as a formal contractual relationship, so the purpose of use/scope of use is agreed upon when the contract is prepared.

2. All secondary characters related to copyright are available only for outsourcing,

In the event of an incident related to this, the producer is not responsible at all, and then passes all problems to the client who requested the work.
3. Please contact us at least 4-6 months in advance (however, at the time of payment in full) and adjust the production schedule together to receive the product within the required period.
4. We send wip photos and related materials during production. If corrections are needed, please request and agree each time to make corrections, and we will reflect them.
5. Since it is separate from the commission slot, please contact us by e-mail even if there is a statement that it is closed.
6. If you do not want to be used as a web release/portfolio, please tell us in advance.

7. Producers may refuse a referral at all times when they judge that the received character is inappropriate to be made into a costume or difficult to produce.
