 You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this contract.
If you are under that age,

you must obtain parental/guardian consent, or contact and request directly on behalf of the applicant.

Price information & payment method

1. All prices are in USD ($)

If you want to know the approximate price by converting it to local currency, please use the real-time exchange rate site.

  After making the first down payment, even if there is a change in exchange rate between currencies the amount our pay is always held in USD fixed.

2. There are currently three payment methods.
[Direct bank transfer / Paypal / International transfer]
All charges except cash generated through bank transfer or offline event-table booth sales are subject to a total fee.
This is guided separately when the final price is decided.

3. The final price will be determined based on the material, difficulty and design of the submitted character.
In particular, the height varies depending on the type of fabric used,
and additional costs and delays occur when selecting an overseas fabric.

There may be a small cost from the final price when re-ordering due to insufficient materials during production, or when the difficulty is higher than expected.
but maker try to avoid adding it whenever possible.

 

4. Clients are requested to make the first payment within the time posted in the content after receiving the information email and payment link received before securing the official slot.
If there is no contact within the time limit, the slot will be void and cancelled.

 

 down payment and payment plan

1. In order to secure a slot, 40% of the total amount is required. It is non-refundable and requires a strict payment of materials and consumables.
The production process starts only when at least 50% of the total amount has been paid. Prior to that, it will remain [on hold].

1-2. Once the character is accepted and placed in the queue, no downgrade changes or upgrades are allowed. (E.g. from partial to head) (e.g. from partial to fullsuit). This is because additional quotes have occurred and the final amount needs to be adjusted again. However, adding single parts (e.g. extra handpaws) & adding options (e.g. magnetic eyelids) can be added depending on the situation if you tell us a while before production.

2. There are basically three payment methods.
- payment method -
• First 50%/ after 50% completion <Usually best>
• 40% down payment of final amount, Create a monthly payment plan
• 100% payment

2-2.  - About the payment plan -

After paying the initial 40% down payment, you can consult with the client according to the current situation and set it together!
Payment plans up to ~6 months from the first payment date are allowed.

Establish a plan and amount you can pay, which should be set on a regular basis (eg monthly, bimonthly) rather than “as and when”
If payment is not received on the specified date, the litigation will be delayed.
If your slot is pending and you have tried to contact you, there is no response and payment is delayed for more than 3 months, this contract will be cancelled.
If this problem occurs, we will calculate the refundable amount from the amount paid by you, notify you, and proceed with the refund process.

3. We accept small or deferred payments if necessary. Please let me know if you have a problem and need to change your payment plan.

 Refund

Due to the custom made nature, refunds arising from the client's change of mind may or may not be partially refunded depending on the situation.

※ Commonly: in the situation before production
40% deposit amount □ is not refundable in any case.
The situation before production refers to the previous stage before the final arrangement of the fabrics used for the suit is finished. After receiving the final fabric layout, it is considered to be in production.

-List of refund rates according to the situation ->

0. [50/50 (50% advance payment/payment after completion of the rest)] When you select a payment method and want to refund on the way,
• Pre-production: You can receive 10% of 50%, excluding 40% of the deposit.
• In production: Refunds are not available. 0%

1. When you select the payment plan [Installment (40% deposit/payment every remaining month)] and you want to receive a refund in the middle,
• Situation before production: You can receive the remaining amount excluding 40% of the deposit. (+Basically, the production process starts after confirming that it is 50%+ of the total amount)
• In production: Refunds are not available. 0%

2. When you have selected the payment method [full installment (100%)] and want to refund during the time,
• Before production: You can receive 60% of 100%, excluding 40% of the deposit.
• In production: It depends on the progress rate. Please contact us.

3. If you have purchased Premade suit, are in the process of payment plan, and want to get a refund during the process: Premade is an exception, so you cannot get a refund. If payment is impossible for a certain period of time, please contact us to suggest an accommodation.

4. If the producer chooses to cancel, you will receive a 100% full refund including the deposit.


In case of refund during production, the suit being produced will be owned by the maker, which is likely to be sale as premade after a suit remake.

5. We try to process refunds right away, but in some cases it can take up to 1-3 months.

 Queue and deadline

__________________________________________________

1. Usually, after a commission slot is drawn, the final price is announced and the production order is determined when payment is received.
Depending on the situation of the clients, various payment rates or payment plans are presented (in common, non-refundable deposits are required).
Those who have made close payments of the final amount will be at the top of the queue for the same commission turn they received and can start faster than others. If you want to get your suit quickly, consider paying 100% at a time.

 

2. The current status of the queues, including the approximate project status, is visible to everyone on public Trello. We do our best to keep this list up to date. Please check before personally requesting an own update.

3. Currently we do not allow deadlines. We also do not accept "urgent/rush" orders for extra or other charges.

Instead, Estimated completion times will be provided.
The expected completion date will be informed by the month (e.g. starting November) or the season (e.g. late autumn).

If there is any delay in work, we will notify you immediately.

 Repair(A/S Service), warranty and suit refurb

__________________________________________________

1. After receiving the suit, the maker can officially guarantee the suit for 3 months.
We always check before shipping, but if you have any problems when you receive the suit, you can contact me immediately to arrange a change or repair.
Warranty does not cover above-average wear and tear or damage caused by the wearer's negligence.
If you need a big repair, we ask you for an hourly repair to cover your time. Shipping charges are charged separately.

2. Repairs/modifications made by other manufacturers or persons without prior notice to me are not permitted and are not eligible for service.

3. Depending on the condition and requirements of the suit, repairs/modifications may be rejected.
Suits that are severely damaged or extremely dirty are rejected.

4. If the arriving suit is not clean, separate cleaning and disinfection fees will be charged.

5. If you want to suit refurb, please contact us personally with a detailed description and photo of the part you want to change. We'll help you get a quote right away. Only suits made by 'Hide on Aheun' can be changed or repaired.

 Shipping

__________________________________________________

1. The finished suit will be shipped from South Korea.
It can be shipped worldwide, and rates vary by country and package weight.
If you would like to know the estimated price, please contact us. Customs tariffs may occur from country to country and customers are responsible for all customs duties.

2. Basically, we are making a delivery reservation with the EMS(https://www.ems.post/en/global-network/ems-operators/ems-united-states-america) -Standard option that includes the tracking number.
Insurance is optional.
This can be changed if you want to choose a faster delivery method or use a different shipping company (USPS/FedEx).
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery.
If you are concerned, request additional carrier insurance.

 Allergy information

1. All suit made in a workplace where no smoking + daily cleaning and disinfectant are placed

2. Maker have a small dog of the poodle type. I do not allow access to the work space at all times, and the only time he can meet my work stuffs when the suit is completed and packed in a box. However, it is almost impossible to come into direct contact with the suit because the suit has already been disinfected and covered with plastic bag. but if you are allergic to animal fur, please be careful.
