1) About the situation
Queues and customer service/response to all inquiries including tasks that were currently suspended in personal circumstances, have caused serious problems for quite some time and have been more dissatisfied with everyone than expected. It was decided to announce to inform the situation. It may be a little longer, but I'll try to summarize it so it looks good.
Some personal problems and hard mental illness have bothered me. This is being repeated periodically and without notice, regardless of my will, and due to the exacerbation, I have been unable to work with my normal daily life for a while, and when the condition is a little better, I come back and continue working sequentially. In this regard, I should have contacted all customers first but I was so scared. Due to the long blank period, the official workload queues has been messed up and it has been delayed by a few months~year rather than the originally planned time.
Sorry again. I will never accept this as a shield, so I will accept all criticism and wrongdoing.
Also, if you have any unpleasant feelings about my attitude or have been harmed by it, please do not hesitate to contact me. I sincerely ask forgiveness from the people of this fandom.
Originally, I would like to speed up the adjustment and catch up with almost a year's delay even in the crowd, but I would like to fully focus on suits for precious clients and more samples that have been waiting for a while.

Now that it has been neglected and becomes a dummy site, I feel that a great change is necessary.
No business name has been decided so far, and it has been operated as "Aheun fursuits" as this fandom calls, but I will try to use the name that I mentioned alone from now on.
